He came out on Sunday no extra charge. He is an expert in his field but more importantly he knows what customer service is and other companies can follow his blue print for outstanding customer service and professionalism. Showed up early, and went to work straight away. Very prompt and thorough with his assessment even identified and showed us the problem with the main irrigation line that had issues in 3 places. Chris met us on our schedule he promised if he couldn’t fix it he would find someone who could. We gave him our garage door opener and access to our property. He was professional, clean, and punctual. His pricing and knowledge are exceptional and when he says he’s going to do something HE DOES IT. Quoted and serviced on the same day--he showed up ready to work, was very willing to walk us through exactly what needed to be done, and quoted/charged us a very fair rate for his time. Chris found the problems that were created by the other company, and spent three hours fixing them. The other company never returned my call in seven days. Chris was at my house within an hour of calling me, spent three hours fixing the problem. And gave me a very very reasonable price! I highly recommend Chris PavoneFor your irrigation needs. 5 out of 5 starsI wanted to wait a while to give my review of the Pavone irrigation company to make sure that I no longer was having a leak on my property which seems to have been caused by two broken irrigation pipes which in one months time caused my water bill to go up excessively. Chris was very professional and fixed it within an hour to two hour timeframe. It looks like a work of art. I was very happy with my bill as well. He was very fair. I gave him a definite A+ I would wholeheartedly tell anyone who has a problem with irrigation to give his company a call! See more See less
